Taking a much needed break from the smog of Los Angeles, Adrian, Ness, Marc, and I headed out on the open road towards Yosemite National Park for a weekend away. We climbed up to the top of a beautiful waterfall, and peered out at the valley. It's amazing to me that national parks were put in place by FDR during the Great Depression, it seems that sometimes I forget how history sets in place the things we take for granted. I'm oh so glad that he preserved this pristine place, as it was the background to a trip I will remember for a long time. Filled with belly aching laughs, hard earned sweat, and plenty of fresh air, we hopped in the car after a short ice skating adventure, and made our way back to Los Angeles. Oh Goodbye Yosemite, I can't wait to see you again.
